By downloading, accessing, or using the GK Quiz App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the app.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you may need to register an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and are liable for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the app in any way that:

• Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Attempts to hack, cheat, or manipulate the quiz scores or leaderboard system.
• Infringes upon the rights of others, or is offensive, threatening, or discriminatory.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, its original content, features, questions, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OrbitView Innovations and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
